75-300 is here!

After much anticipation, the Canon EF 75-300 f/4-5.6 III USM telephoto lens has arrived, I've had it for a few days but haven't really had the chance to test it's capabilities. I have played around with it and it seems great overall, bar the extremely slow focus speed.

Desert Rose

I more and more finding flowers to be such wonderful subjects, they sit still when being photographed, so vibrant in colour and almost always so eye-catching.

Forthcoming Macro Shots!

I am busy putting together a small compilation of Macro shots, which will be uploaded as soon as i get my new Canon EF 75-300mm USM lens. I decided to ditch the Sigma 28-300mm ,as the image quality is not really up to scratch. Although it's a brilliant All-In-One lens, the Sigma just falls way too short of the Canon, which itself is a very slow lens (it's not the IS version!) but the image quality more than makes up. The Canon 75-300mm is in the post, and should be here at the end of the week.
